Oral Spa® Limited Warranty and Repair Policy

This Warranty Policy shall be globally applicable and enforced in all countries. In the event that any terms of this Warranty Policy conflicts with local laws, local laws shall prevail.

This Limited Warranty applies ONLY to Oral Spa®-branded products, hardware components included, Micro Motor and Battery Cover only.

Oral Spa® is NOT responsible for any interoperability or compatibility issues that may arise when (1) products, software, or options not supported by Oral Spa® are used; (2) configurations not supported by Oral Spa® are used; (3) parts intended for one system are installed in another system of different make or model; (4) parts are break intentionally and break into two parts.

This Limited Warranty is NOT transferable and applies ONLY to direct customers who purchase product from Oral Spa® webstore (theoralspa.com) and Amazon.com, Amazon.sg only. For end users or indirect customers, please contact your distributor for warranty services.

1. Hardware Limited Warranty
1.1 Regular Warranty
Oral Spa® warrants to the direct customer submitted through the form on theoralspa.com, will be free from Battery cover replacement, micro-motor repair or 1 time full product replacement within the regular ten (10) years warranty period after delivery date shows by courier proof of delivery date.

1.2 Out of Warranty
Oral Spa® will repair or replace the defective products. However, that any such repair or replacement is contingent upon the availability of the required components. The customer shall pay the two-way shipping, packing, insurance, repair/replacement service fees and other costs, including necessary labor and parts.

Customer shall ship defective products freight prepaid to Oral Spa®. Oral Spa® shall ship repaired products freight collect to the customer. If the customer has a pending delivery, the repaired products shall be shipped together with the customer's order. Otherwise, it will be shipped separately.

Customer shall be responsible to advise its customers/ end users regarding the interoperability/compatibility, supported or qualified hardware by Oral Spa® before installation and shall contact Oral Spa® sales representative if any assistance is needed.

All out-of-warranty products returned for repaired or replacement services, the repaired or replacement parts shall be warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the repaired or replacement parts delivery by Oral Spa®.

1.3 Non-Warranty
Oral Spa® reserves the right to inspect products returned from its customers in order to determine the cause of the problem.
Oral Spa® shall return defective products that could not be repaired at no-charge, except for shipping costs. This warranty does not cover expendable or consumable parts and product problems related to the following:
(1) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.) (2) Damage caused by normal wear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, negligent use of improper voltage or current, accidental damage, abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.
(3) Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel.

1.4 Optional Extended Warranty
In addition to the periods set forth in the Regular Warranty, Oral Spa® offers an Optional Extended Warranty that extends the warranty period for the product an additional ten (10) years for Oral Spa® electrical toothbrush. Extended additional 10 year warranty is available if customer purchases a total of 15 sets of brush head replacement within the regular 10 year warranty period. Infortrend will repair or replace the defective storage and EonAI products; provided, however, that any such repair or replacement is contingent upon the availability of the required components. Customer shall ship defective products freight prepaid to Infortrend. Infortrend shall ship repaired products freight collect to the customer. If the customer has a pending delivery, the repaired products shall be shipped together with the customer's order. Otherwise, it will be shipped separately. Customer shall be responsible to advise its customers/ end users regarding the interoperability/compatibility, supported or qualified hardware/software by Infortrend before installation and shall contact Infortrend sales representative if any assistance is needed. All out-of-warranty products returned for repaired or replacement services, the repaired or replacement parts shall be warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the repaired or replacement parts delivery by Infortrend.
1.4 Optional Extended Warranty In addition to the periods set forth in the Regular Warranty, Infortrend offers an Optional Extended Warranty that extends the warranty period for the product an additional two (2) years for storage and EonAI products. Customers may elect to purchase the Optional Extended Warranty at the time of sale or within the regular warranty period. For more detailed information, please contact your local representatives.
